Questions
What happens when I add robots mid-cycle?
New robots are billed from the day they are registered, prorated to the end of the cycle. Removing a robot credits the unused days to your next invoice.
How are batteries replaced?
Halcyon Fleet schedules each swap and tells your shift lead which robot is next. Replacement packs ship from the nearest depot and are billed at cost.
What does the SLA cover?
Growth and Enterprise include a 99.5% monthly uptime commitment for the dashboard and routing. Missed targets are credited to the next invoice.
What happens at a site with no connection?
Robots finish their current route and log events locally. Everything syncs when the site reconnects, usually within a minute.
